Standard Processing:  Please allow one to two business days for processing orders prior to shipment.  Shipments will take place Monday thru Thursday excluding holidays. Orders placed after 11:00 A.M. EST on Thursday will be processed on Monday of the following week.

Order Confirmation:  A detailed confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours after receipt of the order. Orders placed after normal operating hours or during holidays will be confirmed on the next business day.

Shipping Method:  All orders are mailed via USPS, unless otherwise requested.

• 1st Class Mail – Estimated delivery time of 1-2 days. (Priority Mail available upon request).
• Library Rate – Estimated delivery time of 3-5 days.
• First Class International Mail – Estimated delivery time of 10-14 days.
• Priority First Class International Mail – Required for packages over 4 pounds.

Returns: If you are not completely satisfied or experience any problems with the media disc you have received, please contact us by phone or email within 30 days of receipt. We will offer you a refund or replacement disc to resolve the issue.
